Roofing & real estate

Set the visit.
See it through.

A booked appointment is a beginning. JGL keeps the people, fieldwork and follow-up connected until the deal is done.

A roof visit needs a record.

Crew acceptance, inspection evidence and a written scope before the close.

AI extracts contact and property details from an inquiry. You check what it found before anything becomes a lead.

The reason for the inquiry

The original inquiry is the source. Missing details stay blank.

A booking starts
the work.

Someone needs to accept it. Someone needs to show up. Someone needs to take the next step.

Here’s how that work moves through JGL.

01Qualify the opportunity

Start with the property, the person and the reason for the visit. Keep contact notes and qualification evidence together, then assign the next action.

Appointment setter
02Book a visit that holds

Choose a covered territory and available crew. Confirm with the property owner, record the partner’s response and keep any reschedule attached to the original appointment.

Setter & field team
03Bring the findings back

Record attendance, attach visit evidence and submit the inspection report. A missed visit creates follow-up work instead of disappearing from the pipeline.

Field team
04Put the scope in writing

Prepare a versioned proposal or offer. Share a private link so the property owner can review the scope, leave a message and accept or decline.

05Verify the close

Check the signed agreement or closing evidence before marking the deal won. Keep the agreed value, currency and supporting documents with the opportunity.

06Account for JGL’s earnings

Record the fee or commission, then track credits and receipts in JGL’s ledger. Keep company earnings separate from the full value of the property contract.

Authorized management

Access follows
the work.

One company. Different responsibilities. Your account opens the records and tools assigned to you.

Company owner

Oversee the pipeline, manage team access and review the audit trail. Company earnings stay with authorized management.

Appointment setters

Assigned leads, qualification, bookings and follow-up. A focused queue for the work that needs doing next.

Sales closers

Assigned opportunities, field findings, proposals and closing evidence. Everything needed to carry a deal forward.

Field teams & property owners

Field partners see assigned visits. Property owners use their own inspection and proposal links, separate from the staff workspace.

Before you
get started.

A few things to know about working in JGL.

Does AI save a lead automatically?

No. AI proposes contact and property details. A team member reviews the new-lead form, completes the required fields and chooses when to save.

Can agents see each other’s records?

Setters and closers work with records assigned to their accounts. The company owner and authorized administrators oversee the operation and manage access.

Do property owners need a staff account?

No. A property owner can use a private confirmation or proposal link for a specific visit or offer. That link does not open the team’s CRM.

Does accepting a proposal close the deal?

No. Acceptance records the owner’s decision to proceed. The closer still verifies the agreement or closing evidence before recording a won deal.
